Invitation Over 60s Mixed 242 Pairs

Today, with a fortunate break in the wet and windy days of late, thirty teams from as far as the Kapiti Coast took part in this annual event. Played in the popular 2-4-2 format, and competing over four rounds for eight prizes, five teams finished the day unbeaten – the JBC pair of Gill Oliver and Dave Carr, just pipping Victoria’s Tereska Knapp and Lou Newman to take the win.
