The preliminary rounds of this event were played at Silverstream in early February, resulting in an all JBC line up for the final – which could not be played at that time. That game was finally played at JBC yesterday. Lock Chin and Gary Milicich met Steve Scoones and Bruce Miller. The game was fairly even till the 12th end, but Steve and Bruce had the better of it from there, to win 14-12.
